Think it was around the early 2000s and I successfully won a bundle of films. Robin Hood prince of thieves, Sense and Sensibility and Truly Madly Deeply (I was going through an Alan Rickman crush at the time). All on VHS 😳.

An absolutely beautiful multicoloured hand-crocheted blanket, ridiculously cheaply. I still have it and it's one of my favourite possessions.

The earliest thing I can remember buying would be a tiny wooden trike for DC1's first birthday in 2003. Paid only £1. It was BNIB too!

A pair of girls Clarks toddler shoes in 2010 for my then one year old daughter -she's 16 now, they were brand new in the box and unworn, paid £3.50 for them, I remember being over the moon to win them.

A Boosey and Hawkes flute, still got it....somewhere.

Love the buying of musical instruments on ebay. I have been able to upsize DCs strings cheaply and then sell them on to grateful homes. Cellos usually mean in person purchases and I have met some lovely people. The last cello I sold on ebay was to a Mnetter from one of the music threads.......
