Ooh I love this thread. I like most music but quite lazy w finding out stuff. I watch a lot of films so songs I like often come from there, I prefer stuff w a story connected to it. Do songs that were actually written for the movie count, though?

The Forrest Gump soundtrack album has some cracking songs, a few of which are just on in the background others connected to the plot.
For me it’s Fortunate Son (Creedence Clearwater Revival) when he arrives in Vietnam.
