OK so there are 209 photos to look through and I am trying not to feel like a failure because I don't have a cake decorating room and a pool just for pedicure fish. But I'm over 100 photos in and invested now...

Not as invested as the realtor in Florida who is rubbing his hands at the number of hits it's getting but... invested!

I think it's just wonderful. It's not my taste at all but I agree with the PP who called it a work of art. The time and effort that has gone in to every corner - appreciating the beauty of so many small things. And the confidence to do what they love - in some way it reminds me of the way children love pretty things with no thought of 'too much' or 'doesn't go'. It is clearly someone's dream space, designed with only themselves in mind.

I wonder if the owner commissions things or is an artist herself (I feel it is a woman's design).

And why is there a counter top on one of the pics showing make up mirrors and what looks like cosmetic accessories, and on the same counter top is a sink, a kettle and a toaster 🤣

I loved the first few pictures, although the blue roof is very out there. What a great location. As for the inside, well, what can you say.

My first thought was that the owners commissioned a competition for interior designers. The brief being to make their designs as gaudy and flamboyant as possible and to use as many textures/colours/design ideas as possible. Then the lucky few were chosen to execute their design. It should be opened up as a museum and to used as a warning that money doesn't buy class!

Single family residence? With 11 loos?

Too much going on but I love the fishy mosaic floors. The busy-ness doesn't hide the half made beds.

My parents' neighbours installed a blue roof like that. It was a helpful landmark until the sun soon bleached it to light grey.

If the hallways were plain and each room was a surprising grotto, it could be quite wonderful. But it's the same style throughout, and not a single restful surface for the eye. I pity whoever has to clean all those things.
