That is a hell of a jump, but it sounds like it was essentially a shell in 2017 and has been completely gutted and renovated in that time period. I don't know the local market though; it's still conceivably overpriced.

I kind of like the Mondrian kitchen but it’s a bit jarring in the context of the rest of the house. The shoe bath is just plain odd though. It’d be entertaining in a holiday rental but all wrong in a home.

Envy. I want somewhere with double-height ceilings to hang a trapeze.

It's very interesting. It wouldn't be for me though as I'm clumsy and there are a multitude of awkward places to bump myself. Plus I think I would feel as though I'm living in a fever dream.
