This year has been hell for me MH wise and I have finally got on top of it! So no major goals for 2025 other than to remain peaceful and prioritise my health.

keep on top of my 2 stone weight loss by maintaining or losing more
incorporate more exercise. I’ve been lax the last few months so need to get on my treadmill more and do more pilates/yoga.
less scrolling time. Take up new hobbies like crochet.
make a big dent in my debts and have a more in my savings. Go through my finances and work out what subscriptions I can cancel, less spending on stuff which I do not need. Difficult as I am very impulsive at shopping.

Buy a washing machine.
Get the shower fixed.
Survive with everyone's mental health intact.

I would really like to lose my last 3.5 stone this year. I've lost nearly 13st since Feb 2023, and I'd really like to finish. I admit I got a bit too comfortable with being mid-size in 2024, so I think one final bit of motivation to get the last bit off would be good for 2025.

I have used Appblock to keep me out of x, insta and f book all day apart from 9-9.30am everyday. It has worked a treat.
I've spent more time on here, but I don't mind too much as it's the reels that get me.

I feel like trying this but I’m scared. What would I do instead… maybe something useful?! Food for thought - thanks for planting the idea, am now off to search! (My cycle of doom-scrolling hell is Insta, FB, X, Daily Mail, MN and round again)

Honestly, you won't regret it.
And in case of dire boredom emergency you can always temporarily change the restricted hours, so it doesn't have to be a permanent fixture!

mine are:
lose 2 stone to start have 3.5 to lose

Improve admin skills to help my day to day worklife
Leave work on time & try to leave it there
Go away more this year, just cheap deals or campling
Have something nice planned with DH or friends every month
