I wasn't planning on buying anything at all but I've somehow managed to snag a wool coat online M&S half price

It was out of stock anytime I checked until this morning. I woke early & had a look on my phone & it had restocked & i managed to get it!

I'm delighted as it will be an excellent coat for work & I have been on the lookout for ages for one suitable for the office.

I've also fallen in love with a dress someone posted on style & beauty but it's full price & too expensive so I'm resisting it. For now....

Did anyone else get anything nice?

Other than that, a sparkly black jumper from New Look, was about £12. And some Christmas PJ bottoms, also New Look, for £10. A couple of pairs of socks too.

Have been eyeing up some wool coats but undecided.

I have bought:

A couple of pairs of PJ bottoms from M&S - same style, different colours. Pink much cheaper than the darker pair.

Used 2x JL rewards as part payments for a reduced Bobbi Brown Xmas eyeshadow pencil and a reduced Molton Brown shower/lotion/perfume set. (BTW: Check your JL rewards to see if you have any money off vouchers in your account.)

A cord jacket in Uniqlo - half price. I have one already in a rather more vibrant colour that I love but struggle to pair with things, so was thrilled to pick up a blue one too.

Also in Uniqlo, got a Anya Hindmarch woolly hat and a Mofusand sweatshirt both slightly reduced.

What I really want/actually need is a coat, but I can’t find a decent one anywhere. I saw a lovely one reduced in Marks, but I no longer buy anything with down/feathers and it’s so hard to find a padded coat without them!

@LunaTheCat . This is my first. I'd lusted over it for 2 days (and nights 😂). Desperately tried to talk myself out of it but couldn't.
Then it was a desperate 40 mile round trip back to the shop, praying they still had.
They did! I felt like I'd won the lottery.
I'm not even really "into" bags but this is just so beautiful.

Thanks to @IlovePond I have now also placed a Uniqlo order 😅(2 lambswool jumpers, flannel trousers, and a Marimekko bag)

No spend January isn’t off to a good start!

I have just ordered a pinafore from WStuff in two sizes because it’s hard to know which/any will fit. (Looking on the bright side: At least one will be going back!)

(Also just had to renew dog insurance 🙀, but that was essential!)

Yes, day dress from French Connection that I'd tried on at full price and put back for being too expensive. Got it at half price a few days before Christmas and I've worn it several times already.

Yes. Two dresses from Wrap which had 60% off and a jumper from Zara which was 30 % off.

Yes - a lovely jumper from New Look - £7.00. I was looking for one in a charity shop but they were all around £6 - £9.

My feet grew while pregnant (5 years ago) and haven't gone back. I've obviously bought some shoes since, but I've finally accepted that my feet aren't going back, and even if they did, I no longer wear heels, or flimsy styles. And I like lots of the shoes in fashion at the minute, so I've gone crazy.
I'm sending others back, but so far I'm keeping:
Zara - taupe suede fisherman sandals, red Adidas dupe trainers, leather Mary Janes, maybe some sliders
White Nike trainers

River island- 2 pairs of boots, a pair of leopard mules and 2 pairs of velvet Mary Janes

Low buy year ahead, but these ones are already paid for so don't count clearly 😁

I bought a new sofa although to be fair iv been saying I need one for three years and seriously looking (putting off getting) for one for at least the last year!

I decided to not replace the other sofa yet and get an armchair once I see how much space there is as the new one is a bit longer.

No. but have got some excellent bargains off Vinted, i look for new unwanted items with tags so i know they havent shrunk or worn out etc. have saved over 200 getting clothes off there recently.
