I’m two glasses of Prosecco in but making me sleepy rather than perking up’ think will have a wine with dinner then that’s my lot (lightweight these days!)

3 glasses of cremant so far...2 at the pub and one here.

Hope those on the lemsips and Beechams feel better soon!

I've had a couple of glasses of Prosecco this morning and then found the baileys so popped some of that in my coffee. Plan on a couple more glasses of wine with dinner but that will be my lot. I'm hosting tomorrow and want a clear-ish head 😬

Two coffees (one more than my usual daily allowance), a mint tea, two Proseccos and a shot of Baileys in one of the coffees.

I've started on the banana rum. Thank god we're eating in the next 90 minutes because otherwise I'd be embarrassing the kids with my version of All I Want For Christmas Is You.

Half a bottle of bucks fizz with breakfast (my nightshift was a shitshow so I needed it!!LOL).
Will have other half for lunch then a few 'cocktails in a can' later on.

Given Im tee total the rest of the year Im not actually that much of a light weight!

I want to get my two litres of water down me first. Seriously slacking. One glass water and two coffees. Blowed if I'm having water with my meal. Just put two mini freixnet in the fridge for lunch.

3 glasses of bucks fizz with breakfast and a long hot bath. Forces myself out for a walk in the fog. Now onto the pinot noir I’ll have with duck for lunch 😊

I've had a gin, will have a Bucks fizz with lunch then a Baileys later i imagine.

I haven’t drunk all year as it makes me look shit tbh I have decided to let loose over Christmas though. Haven’t drunk yet today but I do have a bottle of organic Prosecco in the fridge and some tawny port to go with cheese for later.

Quit drinking in January & currently working my way through a surprisingly good bottle of alcohol free sparkling wine. DH doesn’t drink either - got him some zero Guinness for Christmas & we have zero Peroni & Heineken too. I did have a gorgeous Christmas pudding liqueur ( alcohol free) but finished it a few days ago. Definitely buying some next year.

I've had a large cup of tea. I'll have wine I'll open for lunch (which we will have about 3-3.30). Maybe more later!

Bugger all. Diagnosed with diabetes on Monday and just started taking Metformin so going teetotal for the next few months at least!

First alcohol free Christmas in 23 years!

Can't have alcohol, can't have caffeine and can't have the sweetners in sugar free drinks. I have an alcohol-free pear cider for later 🤣

Tea, water and lemsip so far, I’d normally be a fair few glasses of Buck’s Fizz down by now! Bloody Christmas cold for DH, DS1 and I, thankfully we’d planned a quiet one just the four of us so it’s been lovely despite the snot and coughing.

Having a hot bath then will crack on with champagne whilst we cook.
