For me it’s how disgusting it is to wash dishes in a sink or basin full of water. It turns my stomach a bit. The dishes have to be washed in fresh, running water.

Disagree. I’m slim and I have no insecurities about my looks or body - never have. I really like how I look. I wouldn’t if I was fat. I became almost a size 12 once and felt lumpy and gross. I was overweight by BMI standards too, most people look better at a normal weight (being fat isn’t normal no matter how much it’s been normalised in the west. Go to east Asia and you barely see any fat people).
