Blake Lively suing Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment

According to TMZ Blake Lively is suing Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment on the set of ‘It Ends With Us’.

According to the lawsuit, a meeting was held in regards to the hostile work environment. Blake demanded that Baldoni stop showing nude videos or images of women to her, no more mention of Baldoni's alleged previous "pornography addiction," no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew's genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake's weight, and no further mention of Blake's dead father and no more adding of sex scenes, oral sex or on camera climaxing by Blake outside of the script Blake approved when signing onto the project.

Baldoni’s representative have denied the allegations and state this is an effort for Blake to rehabilitate her recent poor image.

@noblegiraffe Jane the Virgin was a take on the telenovela/magical realism kind of thing. Fluffy but quite entertaining. Not worth watching now, knowing what we know. But good enough at the time.

I think the fact that the other guy was also involved in the harassment and then the mate turned up to play the gynaecologist in the scene where she was unexpectedly forced to be naked giving birth makes it all so much worse. Not just one man, multiple men taking advantage.

Some kissing and so on. But almost nothing much more sexual than that. I mean the schtick is that Jane is a Virgin after all!

What interests me is how easily they paired her as a bad person in the eyes of quite a huge part of the internet with so little evidence.

1. an out of context clip where she appears to be rude to an interviewer who asks about her baby bump

2. flipping the agreed marketing script to make her appear callous and uncaring about DV.

3. Bringing up that she, like many other other US celebs in that year, got married at a former plantation. It was incredibly popular at that time. Reece Witherspoon had the same style of wedding.

This was enough to turn most of the internet against her. In her twenty year career this was the worst they could find and it was enough. And tells you all you need to know about attitudes to women in our society. He has admitted to non consensual sex and engaged in sexual harassment but apparently they are both as bad as each other in the eyes of some people (paid Baldoni bots)).
