According to TMZ Blake Lively is suing Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment on the set of ‘It Ends With Us’.

According to the lawsuit, a meeting was held in regards to the hostile work environment. Blake demanded that Baldoni stop showing nude videos or images of women to her, no more mention of Baldoni's alleged previous "pornography addiction," no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew's genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake's weight, and no further mention of Blake's dead father and no more adding of sex scenes, oral sex or on camera climaxing by Blake outside of the script Blake approved when signing onto the project.

Baldoni’s representative have denied the allegations and state this is an effort for Blake to rehabilitate her recent poor image.

@Moonfasa100 on what basis are you questioning the text messages and emails that his team were ordered to produce by a court. If you came up with some sort of justification for refusing to accept the evidence (you say you want) maybe you wouldn't be considered an apologist?

Radishknot · 22/12/2024 13:49

I think the text messages are true.

WizardOfAus · 22/12/2024 13:49

noblegiraffe · 22/12/2024 13:47

Rather than questioning the evidence, why don’t you just read it?

Too hard.

it doesn’t fit into @Moonfasa100’s hilarious conspiracy theory narrative that the text messages were all faked.

Radishknot · 22/12/2024 13:46

@Moonfasa100 don’t get that poster started on teaching! 😆

Oh, interesting.

MrsTerryPratchett · 22/12/2024 13:49

@Moonfasa100 if you think @noblegiraffe is being extreme, in the light of the epidemic of entertainment sexual misconduct, you need to go away and have a think. About what it's like for all the women without power, money, influence an and even more famous DH.

Good for Blake, taking one for the team. One less abusive man employed while harassing women.

Extreme is defending the structure of male entitlement.

Radishknot · 22/12/2024 13:50

It’s really not!

Nasty.

myrtleWilson · 22/12/2024 13:51

I can’t believe anyone thinks it’s reasonable behaviour for one individual to contact a third party to ask for personal information about someone else - which is what JB did contacting the personal trainer.

It doesn't matter in the slightest to me if you

'a complete random stranger on the internet" calls me an apologist.

Because I know I'm not.

You shouldn't throw those nasty words around.

Am I an apologist for all rapists then?

Thats strange seeing as I volunteered for a rape crisis centre.

Moonfasa100 · 22/12/2024 13:52

MrsTerryPratchett · 22/12/2024 13:51

Nasty.

Accurate. She is extreme

Extreme is one poster not letting any other poster have their own opinion.

That's female entitlement on here. Not male entitlement.

kirinm · 22/12/2024 13:53

@Moonfasa100

You're completely ignoring the question. Because it completely counters your argument that BL's team falsified the messages.

myrtleWilson · 22/12/2024 13:53

Did you muse if people contacting the rape crisis centre faked evidence about harassment?

Radishknot · 22/12/2024 13:53

I never said it was reasonable, I just said I didn’t think it was an horrendous thing to do. This is in the context of filmmaking/directing/acting etc though.

MrsTerryPratchett · 22/12/2024 13:53

And that has nothing to do with her comments on this thread. You and @radishknot are ironically acting like mean girls now.

Play the ball, not the player.

Software can do anything.

Remember when the make up artist accused Jim Carrey of giving her an sti, and she produced the report from the clinic.

It was then found out that she had faked the report.

kirinm · 22/12/2024 13:55

@Moonfasa100 so the court ordered disclosure of documents were for false documents prepared by BL's team? You're ridiculous.

MrsTerryPratchett · 22/12/2024 13:56

Extreme is one poster not letting any other poster have their own opinion.

How are you not allowed an opinion? It's just wrong, which @noblegiraffe is pointing out. You're allowed to disagree with her as well. You've resorted to little personal digs now, with @Radishknot

Moonfasa100 · 22/12/2024 13:56

myrtleWilson · 22/12/2024 13:53

Did you muse if people contacting the rape crisis centre faked evidence about harassment?

It wasn't my role. My role was to gove information to anyone that felt they needed information

When the person actually went to court, it was up to the court to decide if the alleged perpetrator was guilty, not me

kirinm · 22/12/2024 13:56

@Moonfasa100 you are aware that those documents were produced by HIS team? You get that, yeah?

Moonfasa100 · 22/12/2024 13:56

kirinm · 22/12/2024 13:55

@Moonfasa100 so the court ordered disclosure of documents were for false documents prepared by BL's team? You're ridiculous.

Try not to resort to personal insults.

kirinm · 22/12/2024 13:58

@@Moonfasa100 you seem incapable of appreciating what the legal process is and instead are insisting that they're all fake. THAT is ridiculous.

Radishknot · 22/12/2024 13:58

And that has nothing to do with her comments on this thread. You and @radishknot are ironically acting like mean girls now.

I gave a facetious response to another poster discussing another posters inability to see things outside of her own viewpoint. And I’m sure @noblegiraffe doesnt need you to defend her @MrsTerryPratchett

I wouldn’t call sexual harassment power play personally.

Well ignoring the fact that sexual harassment is often about power, I thought it was obvious that I was referring to the PR war between them.

It’s a criminal offence.

“PR war” appears to place their concerns on equal footing. In fact sexual harassment is a very different kettle of fish to being uppish.
