Good Morning Everyone! What's everyone up to today?

I'm just drinking my first cuppa of the day, in my kitchen spot, with boy kitten on my lap...I was woken up for the second time by the sound of Christmas tree ornaments falling off the tree 🙄

The first time, I shot out of bed to wake dd1 who had overslept & needed to be up for work.

I'm taking dd2 for a wander round Sheffield Christmas Market today - it'll be a very slow wander since I'm not 100% & my foot's still sore, but should be nice. We plan to find something to eat on one of the stalls there so no cooking for me tonight 🥳(dd1 will eat at work).

When we get in, I'll probably shower & head straight to bed 💤, unless I have a sudden burst of energy, in which case I'll pick up my crochet church.

What about all of you? 🎄

@Crunchymum they're treating it like their very own tree to climb 🙈 Although, the girls' dad has said they've not been near it today so maybe scared themselves with the falling ornaments this morning 🤷‍♀️

@DilemmaDelilah the ornaments definitely had some help! I suspect there will be more to follow - both are loafed under there right now 🙄

Just thought I'd report back at the end of my day.

The decs didn't go as planned as I've lost the doodib to make the tree stand up 😆 So, here's my exhausted tree having a nap...

I need to blitz my house and go get my nails done then we have panto this evening.

Today there are reindeer in our town centre so we're going to go say hello with toddler DD. DS is coming back from his dad's and then we're off to see some friends to deliver Christmas presents and have dinner 😊

Just got back from Sainsburys only needed a few bits so quick in and out
Just had a coffee whilst waiting for Dd to come back from university
Soup and crusty bread for lunch
Going to watch Christmas films this afternoon then going out for an Indian tonight with Dh and Dd
