"Use the buddy system. When you're scuba diving, you are responsible for your buddy's welfare and your buddy is responsible for yours."

I like that.

It's not 'anti-trans' to understand that men can't be women and vice versa. You know, basic biological fact.

Anyway, yes, she talks shite.

Does the fact she is pro trans mean she cannot have any non shite opinions on any subject under the sun?

Livinginaclock · 13/12/2024 21:45

You know "pro trans", means women can't have anything for themselves ever without men.
I don't want to hear from anyone who thinks this is OK.

And this kind of patronising bollocks is the reason why most people don’t want to call out people like you for derailing thread after thread after thread every single day on mn with this issue.

You are not converting people to the cause with your “caring”, you are turning people off with the constant monotone.

so go 🙄 yourself.

Think the ‘derailers’ started with the ‘you’re
all anti trans’ moaners brigade in response to another poster’s opinion that was actually on point but hey ho.

She can have any opinion she wants. People can also have an opinion to not like her based on an ideology she supports that many women find harmful.

Not sure why this is so difficult for some to understand.

But this thread is NOT about your tedious obsession with trans people. And yet it gets shoehorned into every single subject on here.

This thread is about Sandi and I'd like to point out her simpering attempts to support trans blokes and their desires, over women's rights.
Women don't fall for this nonsense from this charlatan - put yourselves and your children first!

Yes, but Sandi’s abhorrent, misogynistic and frankly bonkers views are always going to cloud my and many others’ opinions of her and what she says.

It’s the same as someone posting a thread saying: “Andrew Tate has shared some great tips on mindfulness and relaxation, listen to these,” and then expecting no one to comment on his misogyny/criminality etc.

🤷‍♀️

Actually they've made me realise the problem with Sandi's advice considering the context of her views.

Generally, I agree about relationships being about looking after one another. I think there's too much individualism and "me first" ism nowadays.

But...coming from someone who's known to believe women should put their needs aside for the wishes of some men...her advice takes on a different meaning and is worrying.

I'd guess that in a female same sex relationship, the odds are quite high that your partner will have similar social conditioning to you. Perhaps that makes this scenario more likely.
