I've worked out the answer to the songs one as Mariah Carey - will have a crack at the other two later.

And the missing vowels answer is 'Die Hard'

Just been working them out too and got the same. Pretty sure we did the diehard one already because I recognised the quote and I don't remember seeing the film 🤣

The other one seems to be:
mordor. Soul. Mind
? Blur. maybe a darts player

Clue is neverending (8,6)

Colours around them are rainbow order which is probably entirely irrelevant but you never know.

Red isn't Mordor, it's from The Matrix
Orange - I agree, Soul
Yellow - I agree, Mind
Green - Red, but is the shape relevant?
Blue - I think the band is Space
Purple (Indigo/Violet?) is Phil 'The Power' Taylor

Rainbow does seem to be relevant, and is incomplete with only 6 colours. This could be linked to the 'Neverending'. Or it could fe a red herring 😂
