...and so each day up until Christmas I'll be bringing you some festive scenes from Playmoland. Today Franziska and Heinz are putting up their Christmas decorations.

Today Josiah and Serena (The Duke and Duchess of Waterbury) are hosting a Christmas ball.

They seem to have more style than you normally see at formal events.

The boys in blue have matched their drinks to their outfits!

Thank you! I got the idea for matching the drink to the outfit from a friend of mine who goes on a lot of cruises, and has a competition with her cruising companions to see who can best match their pre dinner drinks with their outfits!

Not many takers for the Christmas ball, but there will be something completely different tomorrow!

I'm rubbish at dressing up too! But I'd be quite good at drinking the blue wine!

I think Norman was invited, but unfortunately had a previous engagement (he's very busy as Prime Minister).

Today Miss Jennings has taken the Eastgate Primary School choir to sing Christmas carols for the ladies at the Sea View day centre for senior citizens.

The ladies are listening while enjoying a cup of tea and a biscuit.
