Most you’ve spent on concert tickets?

I’ve been to many concerts and the most I’ve spent on a ticket is £170 to see Lady Gaga at her Chromatica Ball tour.

I opted for golden circle tickets so the price reflects that. I was right at the barrier and it was the best night of my entire life.

I’m a diehard Lady Gaga fan and I would not pay for golden circle tickets for any other singer/band!

£350 each for Taylor. But we went again in August and only paid £58 so it evens out.

Have also paid £350 each for Oasis next year, but I paid this year and it’s next year so actually it’s free.

About £65 to see Chris de Burgh a few years back, , and Jane Macdonald.

I feel such a skinflint compared to lots of you but couldn’t justify suu our ending over two hundred bounds. Maybe a hundred on a festival if I lived the headline act.

Paid £240 each for Taylor Swift tickets although we were lucky and got cheaper (but equally as good) seats when she announced her second lot of London dates so we sold the £240 tickets. I’d have paid twice that though, best night of my life!

I’ve paid £130 each for Coldplay and £230 each for Oasis tickets. I also got tickets for Lana Del Rey this morning as well, they were just over £100. I expect to pay around £100 now which is absolutely ridiculous but i LOVE a concert. I’ve spent thousands on tickets to various tours 🙈

You would barely get a local day festival for £100 now tbh!

I’d say standards seem to be starting around:

Local band - £10-15
Small city centre venue - £25
Academy level venue - £45
Arena - £70 standing, £80 seats
Stadium - £100 standing, £90 seats
Day Festival - £90
Weekend Festival - £150

In contrast, I have tickets going back to the mid 90’s which were:

Local band - £3
Small venue - £8
Academy - £15
Arena - £17.50
Stadium - £28
Day Festival - £35
Weekend Festival - £90

So there are some big differences, but others less so.

£350 a ticket for Eras tour.

£667 x 2 for Taylor Swift. Went with my daughter and we’ll both remember it for the rest of our lives (not to sound dramatic!).
