In my imagination (and the absence of mirrors), I'd say Audrey Hepburn (if she was still alive), a young Julia Roberts or possibly Angelina Jolie. In reality the casting director would probably go for an as yet unknown actor who is a cross between Jo Brand, Miriam Margoyles and Compo from Last of the Summer Wine!
