Can you guess the calories in this?

I've never ordered it so not sure on actual size/depth of the container, but if you ordered this, what would you guesstimate the calories to be?

Description is: Pork Gyros marinated in Greek herbs, Halloumi fries and olive oil. Served inside a box with our Greek handmade pita with lettuce, tomatoes, red
onions, parsley, oregano fries and a dip of your choice.

Bonus points if you can get a total with the 'dip of your choice' being tzatziki...

The actual calories are cropped out so I do have the answer!

2000 or more maybe?

noodlercanoodler · 12/11/2024 12:05

About 1200

Looks delicious but I wouldn't eat it. The calories would turn me.

1,750 cals

1,200 - an entire days worth of calories on my fitness pal if I want to lose 2lb a week. Could make that work.

SnowFrogJelly · 12/11/2024 12:08

Lots!

OldieButBaddie · 12/11/2024 12:09

1850 I reckon

Mimiconvos · 12/11/2024 12:09

Maybe even closer to 2,000. Hard to tell. The halloumi fries will be a big chunk, they could be nearly 800 alone but totally worth it 🤤

whosaidtha · 12/11/2024 12:10

Why does it matter? One meal out of 21 is not going to spoil a diet. As long as it's not every day. Life is about balance. Food is delicious and social. Enjoy a meal out.

Not enough info.

The dip could vary a lot depending on the amount of oil/fat.

There is no portion size and photos can be misleading.

As a wild guess I'd say anything from 700-950 but the dip is crucial.

MorrisZapp · 12/11/2024 12:12

Easily 2000.

CamelTail · 12/11/2024 12:13

It's actually not that big portion is it going by the pieces of halloumi.
So 1200 +/- 200 depending on size of the meat portion and pita?

IAmNeverThePerson · 12/11/2024 12:13

1250

BigSmallFigBall · 12/11/2024 12:13

Haven't looked at the answers!

1050

1250 with dip

GlitterBallss · 12/11/2024 12:14

There are various versions of this online and they're coming out at around 1200.

dicken · 12/11/2024 12:15

I would also say around 1200

Sofaroller · 12/11/2024 12:15

It's basically a kebab isn't it with added oil, cheese and fries. Around 1400 depending on portion size.

Iop · 12/11/2024 12:15

No idea, but it looks like it would be worth every one!

loropianalover · 12/11/2024 12:15

I don’t think the portion is as hefty as the pic initially makes it seem.

I’d say roughly 1100-1200 cals with around 200/250 extra for dip.

JC03745 · 12/11/2024 12:19

No idea, but alot.

Goody2ShoesAndTheFilthyBeast · 12/11/2024 12:22

@Sparklfairy
So how many is it?

CeeJay81 · 12/11/2024 12:26

1,450

Cosycover · 12/11/2024 12:29

1743

AgricolaOrBed · 12/11/2024 12:30

1200

YouveGotNoBloodyIdea · 12/11/2024 12:31

I think most people are far too low - 2500 min would be my guess.
