Anybody else find life to loud, colourful and fast? Looking back at old tv things has made me long for the past.

Am I being silly or is life just too hectic and busy. Big screens everywhere- on the bus , in the waiting room at the doctors. Loud music in shops with bright displays. Even billboards at the bus stop change and flicker.
I was watching an old documentary on YouTube and it just seemed like like was duller in the past but calming and just nicer.
Anyone else feel like this?

Re the sunglasses and LED glare - are these just normal sunglasses or those yellow tinted ones?
I'm very much struggling with the LED lights on cars.

Just normal tinted distance glasses - I don't know much about them as they were just what the opticians recommended. I wear them in normal life when outside on bright days.

They're not the yellow ones that you can buy from car accessory shops as I need distance glasses so normal glasses bought from anywhere other than an optician wouldn't work as they wouldn't be corrective.
