My age is a secret - I've been here for 18 years. When I Googled "school refusal", what came up was Mumsnet and Home Education groups. I wasn't home educating, so Mumsnet was what I clicked on - and was offered some good and some awful advice.

76,been here years.This is where I have found out that some women still put up with horrendous behaviour from their partners.It has been a real eye opener for me.

Please be very careful with revealing these things - there have been posts regarding data scraping and AI by researchers this year, where some research projects are/were aiming to apply certain analysis to posts over time on large extracts from the live site, most probably connecting posters' thread themes. Adding age and length of use or a date of joining, and clues on subjects that have posts from then, will make such processes shorter.

12 years

Early 30s and 11ish years. Since I was pregnant with my first.

About nine years. I found it when I was googling something and it just came up. It would have been a godsend when my children were younger. I had never heard of it before then.

I joined when my son was a baby, he’s 23 this week, I’m 52.

My daughter was 23 last week. We must have been around the same sort of time.
