I've not been on here long and I'm just curious as to what age most people are on here..

I'm 28 and I've been actively using mumsnet for about 2 months

60. Since age 41when pregnant with ds.

34, 3 years! Joined when I was pregnant with DD and it was a godsend as a FTM.

43 and I joined in 2004. I remember when Mumsnet was so small we did postal secret Santa!

Name changed lots since then, but I see lots of posters who joined in 2005/6/7. I wonder how many of us would recognise each other with original usernames!

I also remember when first posts would elicit a round of welcomes rather than suspicion.

mumsnet isn’t as acid as it was in those days!

44, since 2007, googled something, MN came up, never looked back! Honestly had a really big influence on my life!

MN may have been acid, but that sharpness was tempered with intelligence and wisdom.

I see lots of posts on here asking personal questions - how old are you; where do you live; how did you come up with your username; show me a picture of your dog/cat/goldfish. I'm surprised that some users are so quick to give out their information.

I think I must have originally joined in about 2004, when I was trying for my third baby.

I had the same name for the first 12ish years with seasonal/event name changes, but now too many weird things happen so name change a lot!

45 & 16 years.

particularly grateful for the miscarriage and elderly parents boards. and the relationships board too. Had so much good & supportive advice through the years here.

Now 50, joined in 2006 when Ds2 was born so 18 years.

Although it has changed a lot over the years I still find it brings me joy so I am still here. I do tend to avoid AIBU though as the vitriol is high.
