Knitting- if you can learn a basic knit (garter) and pearl stitch, (maybe just try a scarf, no patteen needed, just to practice), then follow patterns by Stephen West (also goes by Westkits). Some amazing patterns that look way more difficult than they are. Patterns explained really well and easy to follow, without getting bored.
Crochet- started with a Knitty Critters kit- expensive what what you get but everything you need and good for beginners. I like making little soft toys.
Cross-stitch kits- start small
Paint by numbers or diamond art kits- loads on amazon, you can also get personalised ones. I find it peaceful and I don't actually need to think too much.
Baking- recently got into making my own bread and sourdough starter.
Gaming- to a certain extent. Like playing young kids games such as super Mario odyssey, rayman, big little planet, donkey Kong, zelda.
(Just to be clear, I tend to go between hobbies, and lots got put on hold since having my youngest and little time to myself)
