Anyone know about window cleaners and their long poles?

We've just started paying for a window cleaner after a few years of me doing my best. They were full of webs and a bit of a state. I was so excited we could finally pay someone to clean them, but I've come home and there are dried water marks on all of the downstairs windows and conservatory. Is this supposed to happen? Why aren't they polished up after the pole? What do I need to say to him? Very disappointed.

The windows will dry completely streak-free if the correct water is used.
Definitely change your window cleaner, they’re not providing you a good service.

I’ve got a Docapole - there are a couple of different lengths - mine goes to 7m and it has different accessories.

Thanks everyone 😁!

I'll ask him about the marks on the windows and see what he says. I'm not going to just ignore it, cos it's shit!
