I met Martin Freeman at an event and he was an arse and full of himself.

Also met Paul Sinha at a dinner party with his lovely partner and he was funny, erudite and really polite. He was literally the life and soul of the party and kept the table amused and was empathic, listened to people and very down to earth. I have a lot of time for him.

Also met Lewis Hamilton, OK enough but he acted like a bit of a chav and dressed inappropriately for the surroundings.

Please tell me more about your Martin Freeman encounter, I am curious.

I haven't met anyone of great interest I think but DD has a photo with Madison Beer where I can be seen lol.

edit: can't believe I forgot to say this but I met Olly Murs in a restaurant once and he was very lovely

Met quite a few celebrities through my work but on a personal level, the nicest celebrity I've ever met (not through work) was Joshua Homme - he was honestly such a kind, gentle, funny, flirty and charismatic man and nothing like he has been portrayed to be in the media (barring the infamous kick - which he genuinely regrets and he sought help for his addictions as a result).

I'm actually friends with some of his close family and we have mutual friends and I can honestly say that he is a nice guy.

I was at a large do and was walking past a table when I caught the eye of Freeman’s former wife. We are vague acquaintances from years ago and remembered me and she asked me to have a seat at an empty chair next to her and we had a bit of a chat about stuff and people we used to know. The. Her then husband turned up and said to his wife, “what the fuck is she doing in my chair”. They had a bit of a Barney and I said I had to leave anyway. This is all I remember of this encounter.

Yes, lots. It was part of my job.
Some were lovely, some were ghastly, some were very boring indeed.
