Who was this woman? It's driving me potty.

I saw her at Stansted airport a couple of weeks ago, so no idea what area of the Uk she lives, but I'm pretty sure she's English.

I recognise her from the telly. Probably around 60. Slim. Nice looking. Not a huge household name but definitely recognisable. Auburn hair, collar/shoulder length. It might have been dyed, but I feel she's probably a natural redhead. A bit freckly.

I think she's maybe been in some long running show like Emmerdale or Holby or something like that. But equally she could be a presenter. It's really bugging me that I can't place her.

My mum and I flew to the US earlier this year and were sitting next to a man on the plane we both recognised but just couldn't place. He put my mum's coat up for her and swapped seats with me as so we could sit together as we'd been moved apart for some reason. It bugged us the whole flight and through most of the holiday until I did some googling and realised it was Dominic Cummings! We were both 😮

We once found ourselves sitting in amongst a delegation of extremely distinguished older people travelling to Glasgow. It was impossible not to pick up on the conversation so by a bit of judicious and discreet Googling I established that they were all Lords going on some sort of official visit. No household names there, so not that exciting, but I was pleased to see that the ones sitting right opposite use were a Tory and a Labour peer and they were getting on very well, very civilised and courteous, and a real interest in each other's point of view. Refreshing.
