Random question about concerts and vomit

Sorry to ask here but need a reasonably big sample size!
Lucky enough to have tickets for a big concert this summer for me, a friend, dd & her friend.
Unfortunately dd has a severe phobia of vomit-enough to have significant impact on her life & school. We are seeing CAMHS but progress is slow and if anything she’s worse now than when I booked tickets.
She was nervous enough about going to the concert in the first place but has now managed to see videos on tiktok of people throwing up at other concerts and now she’s saying she can’t go.
I’ve been to a few concerts and can’t remember anyone being sick but she is on constant alert for it.
She’s said that maybe she could go if I promised to take her out if anyone was sick but she doesn’t want to spoil it for me.
I could easily sell her and her friend’s tickets but would be sad for them to miss out (especially the friend!)
So what I’m asking is what are the chances of someone being sick at a concert (where the target audience is teenage girls)?
And should I promise to take her out if it happens on the basis that it probably won’t or just give up on her going.

(I will add that I’m a bigger fan than her so will be going with my friend regardless!)

Never seen that. Went to a comedy night once where a young lad was sick over the row in front and the comedian said well I’ve never been heckled like that!

glad you've been and had a good
time.
When my husband went to see Mariah Carey at The Royal Albert Hall he picked up his bag at the end and realised someone had vomited on it. (it was behind his seat so must've been there already on the floor or
someone chucked up behind him and he didn't realise it. 🤢🤢
He had to delicately remove the contents of his bag and dispose of the bag in the bin outside!

We've literally just got back from All Points East, in London, and didn't see a single person vomiting while there (left at the end of the last act).

Also I've been to 5 gigs so far this year, and dd1 to seven, and neither of us saw anyone at them either 😊

I’ve seen it at festivals but not really any concerts I can recall, people that are worse for wear will generally be hanging by the toilets, or thrown down around the outer perimeters of the venue. Stay in the thick of it and she will be fine. Bless her that’s really tough ❤️
