What is the one thing that other people do that really annoys you?

Mine would be people who constantly sniff when they have a cold and don't blow their nose. I just want to give them a tissue and scream at them to blow their nose. Especially if I'm next to them on a train.

Its funny for me to read someone else mentioning this, I’ve encountered this on a couple of occasions recently, same thing, walking on a countryside and coastal woodland walk, full walking gear, so not the stereotypical person you imagine playing music without headphones, like scallys on a bus, but hiker types.

I found it funny that these people are so self important and suffering from main character syndrome, that they have to have their own theme tune/entry/exit music playing. I’m sure if I’d followed them the recording would have gone on to narrate their thoughts/feelings and what they were planning on doing 😂.

Why not just use headphones or enjoy the sounds of nature. Il probably be shouted at because they clearly have some sort of avoidant nature syndrome I’ve never heard of and loud music helps them cope being outside.

Writing ‘your’ instead of ‘you’re’ or ‘could have’ instead of ‘could have’.

Another one from me. People who start a thread on here with a story of woe, and put 'HANDHOLD!' in the thread title. They really annoy me!

It's really grinding my gears. I am sick of seeing it now. So twee and naff. 😖

And it's not even really bad things most of the time.

'DH is having to change his hours at work; handhold please.'

It’s definitely not just men. I had 100 cough and there was a phase of it where the cough was scarily productive and - as it is a spasmodic cough - it was very difficult to not get into this sort of scenario

Or doing a kiss mouth. Fucking tedious. No one can just smile nicely any more!

Erm after so long coughing you know you have a phlegmy cough you carry a tissue so you dont have to spit on the ground.

As you would if you were in a work building all day or your own house

But anyway i found bronchostop pastelles work well for phlegm

When you ask a question and there's always someone who has to inform you "I have no idea what you're talking about". I wasn't asking you! When someone hasn't read the question properly and gives useless information

Adults who go to the cinema (it was about 90 minutes long) and constantly eat and rustle packets

Having a lunch out and mil announcing that she isn't hungry and not ordering a dish but just pinching a little bit from others plates.

Sometimes just the fact that they're breathing! But then I'm menopausal and angry 🤬

Pointing out when someone is blushing. As someone who blushes at the drop of a hat having someone point and say ‘oh you’ve gone bright red’ is honestly fecking awful

Can I just add to this, the posters who reply with "Oh my love" or "Oh sweetheart", just come across as so sickly and patronising even though they obviously don't mean to.

Seems to be almost mandatory amongst the under 30s.

Either that or pouty face - with extra bonus points for baseball cap pulled so far down over the face that the subject has to crane their neck upwards to view the camera lens. Just why???

Last week I went to the garden centre just when it opened. Carpark obviously empty. I parked then a few minutes later someone came and parked next to me. Why the fuck would you do that?
