What would you eat if you were me, one handed

I've had a mishap and don't currently have the use of my right hand. I'm very right handed!

I live alone and this is making life very difficult, though hopefully quite short term.

I'm desperately trying not to live off junk, but can't really cook and as I can't drive, popping to the shops isn't easy either.

I have a reasonably well stocked freezer and store cupboard, full of things I usually use to cook from scratch.

What might I be able to rustle up with my left hand without causing another accident ?

Anything suited to forkfulls. Avoid food that needs cut. Buy chopped meat, veg, salad, fruit, soup.

Oh I get you! When I had a shoulder op on my dominant left side, I had to move my head to brush my teeth as my right hand could not do it. Food wise, while I could not even butter bread (you have to wedge it into something, I found I could make cheesecake from scratch... something to try 🤣

Was also hard to open my purse - had to get shop assistants to do it - wouldn't be such an issue now. Also couldn't tie shoelaces and all my shoes were laced - had to buy new. 6 weeks then another 6 weeks to get back to full strength.

@incessantpunditry
Half of Mumsnet don't even answer their front door !
As I said I keep an out on their house if away , and even buried a pet for them , when a fox killed it and they were upset.
But no, I wouldn't be cooking for them unless they ate what I did (no meat/fish) I would expect them to ask their frienfs/family or order through an app.
