Employers.or jobs? I have odten had more than o e job sith the same employer.

If we count employers - 12 (not including loads of small part time jobs and random one off paid stuff whilst I was a student- also counting a couple of stretches of temling in a different place each week as only two jobs.)

if we count jobs - 17

Homes - 9

catwithflowers · 17/06/2024 21:37

Loads of both but more jobs than homes.

catwithflowers · 17/06/2024 21:38

Interesting question OP 😊

Nogodsnomasters · 17/06/2024 21:39

More Jobs definitely, god only knows how many!

Houses: 6 in total including childhood.

luckylavender · 17/06/2024 21:45

10 Homes, 6 Jobs

EwwSprouts · 17/06/2024 21:45

Homes 10
Jobs 16

Have never moved house for a job though.

RabbitsRock · 17/06/2024 21:50

Homes - 12 not counting student rentals etc. DH & I have lived in 3 since we met.
Jobs - loads! I have a learning disability so unfortunately got the sack from a lot of jobs over the years. In a part time job I enjoy now 🙂

PermanentTemporary · 17/06/2024 21:54

Homes 14
Jobs 11 (permanent contracts. About another 10 or 12 temp or Saturday jobs).

I'm 55 though. Surely age matters? It's not just that I'm unstable and not very successful? Right? Right??

Goldenthigh · 17/06/2024 21:54

Only counting 'proper' jobs (after uni onwards) - 8
only counting 'proper' houses (after uni....) - 7

probably won't change job now before retirement but will definitely change house so should end up even at some point

Ineffable23 · 17/06/2024 21:56

Homes (Inc student) - 9
Employers - 4, jobs at those 7 ish. That counts my long term student job (16-21) but not random jobs where you help out for a day or two.

SushiSuave · 17/06/2024 21:57

9 jobs, 9 houses

Norugratsatall · 17/06/2024 21:59

Jobs - 10
Homes - 12

GreenMarigold · 17/06/2024 22:03

Jobs (including temping) 8
Houses (including rentals) 7

Lots of moving and changing job in my late teens/early 20s. I’m now 42 and have had my current job since 2008 and lived in this house this 2012.

Catsmere · 17/06/2024 22:41

10 jobs (three for the same company, different roles)
11 homes, mostly as a child because my father always had ideas above his income.

jackstini · 17/06/2024 22:45

Exactly the same - 6 of each, I'm 51

housemaus · 17/06/2024 22:46

Homes - I've lived in 19 homes, 9 jobs (been in the same job for 13 years, which lowers the total a lot!).

Linnet · 17/06/2024 22:58

7 homes, although I lived in one of them at two different times in my life, moved out then moved back in.

3 jobs

TwoBlueFish · 17/06/2024 23:05

Houses at least 22
jobs about 10

Runnerduck34 · 17/06/2024 23:25

14 jobs Incl jobs whilst still at school and different roles with same employer.
If just counting employers since leaving education then 6.
5 homes

blueshoes · 17/06/2024 23:29

6 homes
7 jobs after graduation (excl. pt student jobs)

ReignOfError · 17/06/2024 23:33

Homes. I lose count but I think about 35.

Jobs: 15, plus some consultancy.

DramaAlpaca · 17/06/2024 23:55

Gosh, I need to think...

Homes - 15 or so including several that were student accommodation
Jobs - 7, I tend to stay in a job for a few years

I'm 60, I doubt I'll move jobs again and unless we decide to downsize I'll be carried out of this house.

GreatTheCat · 18/06/2024 00:06

3 homes.

1 job (29 yrs and counting).
