If you’re a runner, how do you carry your phone?

Until recently, i have never run with my phone

however i have started an audiobook, and im desperate to continue it whilst on a run using my ear pods

I hate carrying anything when running so wondering what you do? i only have one item of running clothing with zip pocket for a phone, and it’s thermal. Given my local forecast tomorrow is 24… i’d rather not!

any recs that i can buy off amazon please!

Either in my jacket pocket if it's cold and/or raining or in a stretchy running belt if not. I'm way too much of a sweater to store it in my bra!

Running belt from primark. Stays flat, doesn’t bounce about, fits my large i phone in also keys.

Leggings or shorts with a phone pocket.

Stretchy belt works for me, I think the arm thing is annoying, maybe useful if you want to look at your phone. The stretchy belt will hold keys, phone, dog poo bags and even a light windproof jacket if needed.

In my pockets. I can’t run with anything in my hands.

Always a running belt. Decathlon sell them for a tenner and I have my keys in too. They last for years and are washable. Don’t like putting in side pockets as uncomfortable and gets sweaty and no way could I wear in my bra.
