The original decision split opinion and I have no doubt today’s one will do the same.
I saw the report in The Independent online.
Aplogies if this duplicates another post. I looked and couldn’t see one

i could not forgive if this was my family she did not get help but swore and waved her arms about at someone who was many years older disabled or not they should not be entitled at all i disageee with these people defending disabled people she knew what was right from wrong she acted very arggessive. also do feel so sorry for the lady driver her life been ruined as well.

i think she should not be on her own some people with mental health and severe disability can not cope on their own at all and are a danger to themselves and others i do know because I have a next door neighbour who can not look after himself is prone to violent behaviour and outbursts and gone to prison for it. People fall through the net and this is how things can happen this should not never had to happen in the first place i used to work with someone who was really autistic and got away with many things others didnt the thing is it doesnt make it right yes this lady was disabled but she didnt need to act out like this what if it was a child she did this to and she caused a child to fall under a car. I personally think the prison sentence should have been for longer shes out now after a year that poor family lives have to put up with her walking about where they celila family have to visit her grave and their lives been totally ruined. Shes ruined lives and at the end of the day she is still allowed out by herself now this should not be allowed she should be supervised and lessons must be learnt

Some things are tragic accidents. She is innocent of any crime.

No, she wasn’t tried properly. She got off on a technically; not innocence. Had the police charged assault she likely would have been found guilty and the manslaughter charge could then stand.

she should not be out unsupervised at all i am sick to death of some people defending people with disabilities most of us would never dream of doing this to anyone disabled or not she knew what she did was wrong and tried to lie to the police about her actions. The thing is just because you are disabled it doesnt mean you can swear and make awful gestures and be nasty to a total stranger like she did no need for her to act like this disabled or not if she really cant and doesnt like being on her own she should not be out in public on her own she is a danger to herself and to others. I feel really sorry for the lady driver she had her life ruined by this and poor celia family will never forget losing a love one in a horrible way and perventable way as well. My thoughts are with celila family and friends miss gray did not get help or tried to help her the lady on the bike was much older then she was as well i just hope now that she lives with this now this miss gray and i hope that she looks in the mirror every day and thinks what harm she has caused this could have been avoided at all costs people like miss gray needs to be put somewhere where she has 24 hour supervision
