Really fancy box of chocolates, where you pick the selection - suggestions?

I want to get someone a really nice box of chocolates from one of the places that let you select how many of which flavour make up the box (they really dislike a couple of flavours that most selections seem to include multiples of!). Ideally ones that are handmade in the UK.

Where would you suggest? Thanks!

Chococo in Swanage. They do mail order if you are not near by. By far my favourite.

Seriously expensive but Charbonnel et Walker allow you to select your own.

My grandmother told me that when she was young, the posh young ladies had a "list" there, and any young man wishing to impress his date would go and ask for her particular favourites by asking for "Miss Black's selection" or whatever!!

I really didn't like Chococo. I ordered a selection box and they were 85% horrible 😓

I prefer a bar of Milka, Lindt or Godiva though, personally. Or Maltesers.
