It has great bones, as they say. I absolutely love mid-century design (especially glass interior walls) and would keep 80% of the original interior but strip it out and refurnish it the way it was intended to be, plus zhush it up a bit with some cool 70s pieces. A lot of 60s and 70s houses have a huge amount of space, light and well-configured rooms and are value for money, unlike most Victorian houses.
It'd be a crying shame if someone goes in, rips out the wood panelling and fucks the place over with plasterboard and a thousand shades of greige. But ... yeah, it'll be chilly and drafty and probably not well insulated, which would put me off. Plus the amount of exterior work, the location and the price tag!
