Just that really.

For the past 18 months I've seen one for a chronic low back problem with no specific cause. (Exhausted nhs options)

Chiro worked but disliked business model of this one practice(pressurising for 22 sessions and a "plan")
Or it won't work". Stopped going after a while. Worked 60%. Nice practice beautifully clean and branded but super gimmicky.

Back seized again so painful. went to a differ one with a different model. He is wondrous and back is easing already he said at between 3-4 sessions and a top as and when.

I trapped a nerve in my elbow right at the start of lockdown. By the time anyone was accepting new patients it had radiated up to my neck and shoulder due to a new sleeping position for the elbow. The neck was so bad it was to the point I couldn't turn my head all the way to one side which meant I couldn't drive.

I booked into a chiropractor who sorted out both my elbow and my shoulder. I was adjusted for my neck but that massively helped and was relevant to solving my issues. I was also given some neck exercises to do at home to loosen the muscles. I did them religiously and it brought back complete movement.

They did not push for any further treatment or suggest anything that would cost me money, just think about my posture more. For me, it was a success.

I’ve had a lot of chiropractic treatment over the years from different practitioners and it’s always sorted the issue. There are different types of chiropractic treatment so research it first. All the cracking and crunching is old school.

Wouldn’t go near one if you paid me. Spinal surgeons warn patients about them for a reason, there have been multiple cases of people being paralysed by chiropractors. Go to a good physio instead - they’re actually properly trained and regulated!!

This! I wouldn't go to a chiropractor. I'll stick with my wonderful physio.

I have found physiotherapists to be complete useless. They don’t know what’s actually causing the problem and recommend generic exercises.

Well, they aren't a very good physiotherapist then. Finding the root cause of a problem is exactly what my physio is brilliant at.
