Saying some isn't well is one thing, fine, but that doesn't excuse her behaviour she can get plenty of help if she wants it, she's well versed at it, tried before but it's all been half hearted all show for Jo public and the courts, let's not forget she is an exhibitionist.
If this woman had been Jo Bloggs she'd have been sent to prison and highly likely to of had SS banging on her front door long before this last offence.
If she wants to act like a liability the open roads with innocent people going about their daily buisness really isn't the right place to do it.
She's been pretty lucky so far and to be honest her accident where she turned over her car while under the influence of drugs and alcohol definitely should have been a wake up call, both for her and the authorities, why the prosecution have never called the courts out for a to lenient sentence is beyond me.
She'll never learn, I honesty believe even if she seriously hurt one of her own she'd pass the blame.
One day her luck will run out.
