Cost of living payment

Hi. Has anyone not recieved there cost of living payment as of yet? I got the text but I have not recieved my payment as yet and my friends have.

I got a backdated payment for cost of living today, but not the most recent one we are entitled to (uc). When do I need to contact someone and who do I contact please?
