I don’t believe it’s her idea. He has often declared the women he has dated and married as his ‘muse’, so my assumption will be that he is behind it.

It’s bothering me on so many levels. There’s the worry it is part of an abusive/coercive relationship that’s just happening in plain sight. Because he is wealthy then it is fine, whereas the truth might be she needs help.

There’s the worry from a feminist angle that he might be trying to prove that all women are no better than prostitutes. He seemed to be furious when his ex wife dressed provocatively and yet us happy for his new wife to be constantly naked or partially clothed wearing sex clothes.

Then there’s the racial thoughts that I have. Would he be doing this to a an American black woman and get no negative commentary? I honestly don’t think so. I think they’d be a huge backlash if he was walking around with a black woman in gimp masks and naked under rain macs. It’s interesting to me that the women he likes to humiliate are light skinned. He calls them ‘cream of wheat’. Again is part of the thrill the humiliation? I don’t know. But every time I see another set of photos of him completely covered from head to toe and her naked it makes me feel very uneasy.

I am on opiates prescribed in relation to a cancer diagnosis. It is similar to those responsible for several Hollywood deaths in recent years. I can tell you that it wouldn't take much for me to wander down the supermarket aisle in next to nothing, while on this medication. It really does make you feel detached from reality, and a basic lack of care in my actions (or what people think of it). Kanye is clearly mentally unwell, but with a large cheque book. He sends his wife out in next to nothing to attract media attention, and it works. He may kid everyone in his team up that this radical move is the future. The Emperors new clothing maybe his next fashion line. His personal assistants will not tell him that is wrong, or they will be fired. I wonder what medication his wife is taking, as she looks like a zombie, and all her movements are careful (like mine on this medication).

It's utterly shit being a successful professional who has been in an abusive relationship - as proved by this thread - even other women don't believe us.

@Janetime I'm not saying what he's doing is ok, I'm saying that I guess how he pitches it to her and his entourage is how @MorticiaSand has explained it- that it's controversial, attracting attention to his clothing (her lack of clothing) line and so on.

I do think the fact she's naked and he's not is significant, I have a feeling if he walked around with nothing on but a plastic mac, everyone would laugh. This is shocking, but not as shocking as if he did it. I find his face mask extremely disturbing, indeed far more disturbing than her (in that it signals something very dark in him, she may well as @MorticiaSand says be quite heavily medicated).

Her family must be so worried.

It's also possible that she currently feels empowered and like it will enhance her career, she can also 'sell' her story, but also that in the future she will look back and see this as highly coercive.

The only thing is I guess it's not very hidden. Not like Marilyn Manson's abuse of his partners, they always looked like 'odd' couples, but it didn't begin to capture what was going on behind closed doors (perhaps this is also true of Kanye).

Bianca is a Kim K lookalike. I think parading her around near naked is a twisted attempt to demean and humiliate his ex wife.

Absolutely it's shit and also real. I'm a well put together person with a good education and confidence. I do have an opinion in the workplace and well life. However I've been in many abusive relationships the last one 10 years ago resulted in me being in a refuge.

Just went through family court and because of the way I carry myself I was not believe by many professionals about my abuse.

It's a stereotype of a vulnerable meek and mild person getting abused. I've met many women like myself too. Yes the individual could be vulnerable but not in a stereotypical way.

I agree having gone to a Gay club where some very beautiful men were clad to highlight their masculine beauty. I thought if men dressed like this instead of stiff suits ties and shirts buttoned up women would be more visually stimulated to be sexually charged like men seem to be constantly . The rewards they will reap assets wise , career wise its like a celeb lottery where u gain millions in revenue for getting the attention they crave .

They have security they have PAs , stylists etc its all a media set up they are not out for a stroll or postings on social media they literally have a media team alongside all of this circus . successful women are just as likely to succumb to an abusive relationship as anyone sadly Success does not teflon coat you. what sparks your needs relationship wise is not solely based on the partner providing for you its about finding something familiar its why very bizarre family cycles continue . What u might find familiar can be co dependent or enabling and can lead to very toxic outcomes. I just don’t want anyone to think that success means nothing is untoward behind closed doors. In fact a lot of these women having mental health crisis where they end up no longer with us I feel this blanket term very conveniently hides the abuse within a marriage. Also Please look at our Royal family where the woman are from wealth the best education etc they marry a Prince well we know its not all happily ever after like the Disney brainwashing is it ? I acknowledge the article makes it clear there is no underlying mental health or personality issues etc. which probably rules out Donald Trump and most celebrities.

Having watched other celebrities e.g. Brittany Spears, Lindsey Lohan etc. with clear mental health issues I really don’t think the media help by splashing the pictures.
