What was the band or group that made Ur teenage years the best? Mine was Take That.🤣🤣🤣, they were my whole life for about 3 years. I still giggle when I hear one of they're songs!!🤭🤭🤭

I was a massive NKOTB fan, have seen them a few times as a middle age woman and screamed like a 12 year old girl! My favourite was Jon 😁

When I was late teens and became cool I was moved onto blur, saw them twice this year, at Wembley and also one of the smaller warm up gigs... amazing back catalogue and great live ☺️

Was never allowed to see them when I was a teen so I might have since been to a few of their reunion concerts, and paid a small fortune to meet them too…

In my all-girls school you were either a Spandau Ballet fan or a Durannie. Or very early U2.
Instead I alternated Michael Jackson’s Off the Wall with Dire Straits’ Sultans of Swing albums.

I also had a later unconfessed thing for George Michael in his Different Corner white cotton jumper and highlights days, but who didn’t??

I loved Mike Nesmith - so cool.
And Davy Jones.
The other two were not on my radar 😆

Boybands weren’t really my thing. I was more into indie bands (The Smiths were my favourites) and, although I sometimes kept quiet about my uncool tastes, classic rock.

Wham were different though. Like everyone else I saw these two pretty boys jumping around on TOTP singing their catchy ditties but didn’t give them too much thought. But the hits kept coming & the songs kept getting better and I realised that it all came from George Michael himself. He was clearly a brilliant young singer / songwriter / producer masquerading as a teen pop star. Then Careless Whisper came out & everyone else realised it, too. Listen Without Prejudice remains one of my all time favourite albums.

Take That! I have followed them from the beginning and even use to travel to sit outside Marks house when I was 15!
I still follow them now( but I don't sit outside Marks house anymore ha ha) and have met them quite a few times now.
Tour starts in April so is an exciting few months planned.

love a boyband , bros , nkotb , take that , westlife and boyzone all faves .
new kids overall though and another one for joey 😀Have seen them more times as an adult than as a teenager and never fails to take me back
