I agree with this. It's a group of disabilities. That's why you can't tell by looking. But the term neurodiversity in my opinion tends to make some people think it's just some quirkiness that now has a fancy label. I think It whitewashes over the very significant disabilities and life challenges that many that have these disabilities face and who are often challenged by professionals or anyone in their lives to 'prove' or demonstrate that they or their disabled child actually struggles rather than just have some quirky needs.
