i have finally called it quits with DH after years of difficult behaviour. He is however refusing to leave and is currently sleeping on the sofa. We rent and both names are on the tenancy. I have no money to move out and he has cleared the joint account. No family nearby and two DDs to think of, one with ASD who will not cope with leaving here even if we had somewhere to go.
what the hell can I do in this situation? I’m trapped! He is saying I need to take over half the rent and bills. I’ve been home with both children the last two years and have no income. Can’t claim benefits unless he leaves, what the hell can I do?!
