I've met Sinead O'Connor, in her home singing barefoot at her sink as she washed dishes. Most incredible voice I've ever heard and most beautiful lady I've ever met.
I also was a student with a girl who was just stunningly beautiful - flawless English Rose skin, black hair, blue eyes.

Eddie Redmayne is so beautiful in person he looks like he comes from another planet.

Can't see Angelina Jolie as at all beautiful.

Most famous people are nothing like the pictures we see of them- almost all are surgically/cosmetically enhanced or edited.

I have to say my younger sister, from about aged 17 to 35 years old.

She morphed from a gauche 16 year old almost overnight, apparently from a compliment from a popular guy, into a raving beauty - amazingly that's all it took.

I'll always remember in her 20th year two different people telling me she was the most beautiful person they'd ever seen in real life.

She's just been diagnosed with breast cancer for the third time though, and will be starting chemotherapy again in January. It's reached the time now that we both need to remember how utterly mesmerising she was.

I saw Elle MacPherson with her two boys, walking out one Sunday morning. She was mesmerisingly beautiful.

I went out with someone (a long time ago) who was the most ridiculously good looking man I have ever seen in my life. It was actually slightly disconcerting - even after you got used to his beauty, it would occasionally catch you unawares. He was very uninterested in his looks, I suspect because that was the first thing that anyone noticed about him and it dominated his life in a way he couldn't really control.

Absolutely! I remember reading that she had this magical quality that was unequalled at the time.

The Danish actress Cecilie Stenspil is luminous in her role in the Channel 4/ Walter Presents series ‘Seaside Hotel’ (Badehotellet) - if you haven’t seen it, there’s 6 seasons to devour. She is a beautiful lady, but the period costumes and hairstyles really suit her and set her off to perfection. DH agrees!

She is lovely now, but I thought she was quite ordinary looking when Gossip Girl first aired.

I think the mixture of money, confidence and obvious bits of cosmetic surgery helped massively, so she wouldn't be on my list. Seems like a genuinely nice person though.

I saw a friends younger sister for the first time when she was about 16 and she was stunning. One of the most beautiful people I have ever seen.
She was discovered a few years later and became a successful international model and actress.
