The sandwich that is the single thing getting me through a busy work morning when it's minging outside:

Tiger bloomer
Mayo on one side
Cranberry sauce on t'other
Roast chicken
Glazed gammon
Homemade sage and onion stuffing
Blobs of gravy

Love a Christmas left overs sandwich. My son once made a chicken casserole sandwich. It was a thing of beauty, even though it was cold! He also puts gravy in his Christmas sandwiches.

Revolting.

Gravy is rank on bread. So is sage and onion.

We all love love sandwiches and last year, me and adult DCs went for a hike in Peak District and we discussed our favourite sandwiches, and the conversation lasted 2 or 3 hours!

Yes, I thought "Magnificent sandwich!" and then "how will she eat it?"

I could only eat that with a knife & fork, which rather ruins the concept of a sandwich.

Wouldn't it be even better if it was a toastie. Then the gravy wouldn't be so globulous.
