And I'm a little concerned by it. I'm 32, I always eat around 2000 ish calories a day, some days 1900 some days 2100. I have an office job but do weights around 3 times a week, try to walk an hour most days, and usually cycle. I am active but I'm not obsessive about it either.
Don't drink, but I do enjoy food, especially sugary things which I know aren't good.
No other health problems I'm aware of except for recurring utis which are very frustrating.
I checked my measurements in boots today, I am 5'6.5 and 8st 12 which gives me a BMI of approx 19.8. last year I was 9st 11/12.
I know I'm not underweight, but I'm now on the low side and concerned about the stone weight loss.
Not sure if it's something to be worried about? I've got slight hollowness and dark circles under my eyes which bothers me, not sure if it's related.
