Lost a stone in a year without trying

And I'm a little concerned by it. I'm 32, I always eat around 2000 ish calories a day, some days 1900 some days 2100. I have an office job but do weights around 3 times a week, try to walk an hour most days, and usually cycle. I am active but I'm not obsessive about it either.
Don't drink, but I do enjoy food, especially sugary things which I know aren't good.
No other health problems I'm aware of except for recurring utis which are very frustrating.
I checked my measurements in boots today, I am 5'6.5 and 8st 12 which gives me a BMI of approx 19.8. last year I was 9st 11/12.
I know I'm not underweight, but I'm now on the low side and concerned about the stone weight loss.
Not sure if it's something to be worried about? I've got slight hollowness and dark circles under my eyes which bothers me, not sure if it's related.

How often do you weigh yourself? If you last weighed yourself a year ago then you don't actually know you've lost it gradually over a year. You could have maintained weight for 10 months and then lost a stone in the last 8 weeks, for example.

I'd keep an eye on it and see what happened over the next few months. If you think you look better with a bit more weight on you, just increase healthy calories a bit (nuts are good for this or avocado some full fat dairy etc).

Devilsmommy I'd be much less worried about your weight loss as there's a clear reason. I'm usually 9 stone 3 and dip to 8 stone 3 a year after a baby. Mix of breastfeeding, running around after young kids, sleep deprivation, stress, giving kids healthy meals (so yours are healthier), wanting to lose baby weight at start, walking more, less time to snack, not deskbound etc. But still, if you're worried, get it checked- only you know if there are likely changes. I lose weight often once i stop breastfeeding. I think hormones etc. I put it gradually back on years 2/3 each time.

Completely understand your situation but my little one was formula fed so I'm not sure it's the same. Though you're absolutely right about the running around and eating better😅 mines been walking since 8mo so definitely been kept on my toes🤣

How do you know how many calories you consume?
Was the 9st 12 a weight you have maintained all your adult life (give or take)?
Do you follow your hunger signals?
Your BMI of about 20 isn't a concern at all. On the face of it a stone over a year isn't a concern either, but the hollowness and dark circles might indicate something's not quite right.
Have people close to you expressed any concern over how you look?

@lemongrab33 I haven't read all the replies, sorry, but I think you should get tested for diabetes.
