@ClareMumsnet I don’t mind any brand of cooker except Beko which I have now, it has a lid that won’t stay up and turns the gas supply off so I would prefer one without a lid if possible

That sounds extremely annoying! I think this one ticks all your boxes: KENWOOD KDG606S22 60 cm Gas Cooker, £399 down from £449 at Currys.

I also found Hotpoint 60cm Double Oven Gas Cooker, but this one does have a lid. It's currently £499 down from £600.

Gah! End of an era when they need grown-up shoes (and grown-up shoe prices...)
