actually im not sure, i guess what ever is available and if i like it then ill eat it, although if i have too many crisps i feel icky after a bit

I couldn't possibly eat a sandwich. I'd have a massive salad with extra salad on the side.

I often have a cheese toastie when I’m wfh with onion chutney, rocket, red grapes, cherry tomatoes and green olives. It’s the perfect light lunch!

Usually ready salted but I do like salt n vinegar with a tuna sandwich.
Proper crisps mind, not Quavers, Wotsits or the like.

You're lucky you can eat sandwiches. I haven't had a sandwich since my head fell off in 1983. I would give anything to eat sandwiches again and I definitely wouldn't be so entitled as to expect to have a snack with it.

I have quite a big appetite but I wouldn't have a a sandwich and the pastry. Seems a lot as a snack!

@snoreb @justanothermanicmonday1 It's the fact they only come in family sized bags. I have literally been known to eat an entire one in a sitting in lieu of dinner if everyone else is out and I don't need to cook.

Even better, I don't have to share with DH is out off by the fact they're so big they look like polystyrene packing chips. More fool him.

Crisps for the contrast in texture, crunchy vs softness of sandwich. Usually salt and vinegar.
