Bookcase. Books are stacked 2 deep on most shelves with more books piled on top of them.

justalittlesnoel · 26/10/2023 23:26

My cat.

Or the super king ottoman bed.

Not too sure which is heavier!

NameChangedForThis195206644 · 26/10/2023 23:26

Singer sewing machine

NuffSaidSam · 26/10/2023 23:28

My bed.

But it's not that heavy so it would probably be a slow death.

Grand piano or concert harp - not quite sure which is heavier

ALongHardWinter · 26/10/2023 23:29

My bed. Although I'm trying to figure out just how I would be in a position for it to fall on me when I'm laying on it.

Edwardian triple wardrobe (unless the roof above us counts? In which case, the roof)

PearlClutzsche · 26/10/2023 23:31

Huge fish tank (and lots of fish) 🐠🐟

😥

It's a toss up between the upright piano & the Victorian pump organ (I think the piano is heavier)

Victorian pump organ? Wow! 😯

Thebigblueballoon · 26/10/2023 23:32

My first thought was the roof.
But if you’re talking about furniture, it would be a massive two-panel freestanding mirror.

Gilead · 26/10/2023 23:32

6x4 Oak bookshelves, crammed with books.

flufferknutter · 26/10/2023 23:36

An antique writing bureau.

Shellyleppard1 · 26/10/2023 23:38

Triple wardrobe complete with assorted Christmas decorations stored on top 😂😂

moggerhanger · 26/10/2023 23:38

A very lovely, Victorian, mahogany, three door linen press/wardrobe with central mirror. It's mahoosive and very heavy, but I might have time to admire the depth of colour on the wood grain as the breath is squeezed from my lungs.

mathanxiety · 26/10/2023 23:47

Fold out sleeper couch. It was an absolute bear to drag into the sitting room when I bought it. I intend to take it apart and reassemble it if I ever move.

Bedroom, probably the dresser, solid oak, long and huge.

The husband, followed by bed
