I can finally say I have a DH!!!

We got married on Friday the 13th!!!! That's it really. We are so happy! It rained and rained but brightened up near the end. Register office wedding with 18 people, then off to the local pub for a meal and drinks with about 35 people in total! I was worried I'd wish I'd done it bigger but it was perfect for us! I couldn't have managed anything else & it was all done very cheaply and DIY'd! The only thing I regret is me and my DH (omg I can say DH lol) didn't take ANY selfies together!!! We didn't have a photographer but our guests took some amazing photos of us but me and him didn't take any selfies together (we take selfies everywhere we go) - it just slipped our minds!!!! Oh well, cheers 🥂 ❤️

@roarrfeckingroar thank you!! We met at our workplace when I started 2 years ago. Friends first (in other relationships) but got together a few months later, moved in after a week, matching tattoos 8 weeks later, proposed after 5 months & now married 1 year 4 months in!! ❤️ been TTC but unfortunately had 3 MC so hoping for our rainbow next year ❤️

Congratulations 🎉 your wedding dress is beautiful. I was 8.5mo pregnant at my wedding and it was just me, DH and two witnesses so I wouldn't class yours as small. Hope you have a great life together. It's only been just over a year I've been able to say I've got a DH and it still makes my tummy funny to say it😊

Probably cost less than £500, that was the food, register office, his suit & decor. my sister kindly bought my dress, my mum got my cake (M&S), pub room was free, I made the favours which were biscuits, all decor was from online cheap or charity shops!!! I'm really glad we did it this way cos we was gonna take out a loan to do a big wedding but now it's over with we couldn't have had a better day!!

Oh and my other sister kindly paid for my make up & my hair was done by a family friend hairdresser so she did it cheaper for me!! ❤️ our rings were less than £60 for both! We don't have much money to blow but are so happy. X
