Anyway, it's pretty clear from old photos he has at least had blepharoplasty around his eyes, as he had rather prominent eye bags in his middle age that have miraculously disappeared.

As for what else he's had, who knows, I would guess some sort of botox but it could be lots of things.

Big contrast to Obama who was lauded as a great orator, he had great communication skills. I don’t think it is facile to point out that a lack of facial expression (potentially from Botox) is impacting the way the American President is perceived when making a speech in the world stage.
