Has anyone tried a Groove Pillow?

They're all over my social media at the moment and I just wondered if anyone 'real' had tried them? I suffer a lot with neck pain due to disc problems.

Trustpilot suggests they're good but I never know whether those reviews are manipulated?

Hi, I also am suffering with neck pain and have bought a Groove pillow which arrived yesterday. The problem I have it is very compressed and even after a day and a half it hasn't puffed up very much at all, the cover it is in seems enormous for it so it still has a long way to go. I wondered how long any of your pillows took too to fill out?

I cant remember how long it took mine, and short of measuring the height, we wont know if yours is ready. Try lying on it and see how your neck feels. Does it feel supported or is it too low? If so, contact support maybe. The middle is for back sleeping, and the two sides are for side sleeping.

I could also go and measure mine if you need.

The groove pillow works really well for me - I used to wake up with headaches and neck pain - i know other people who have found it great too. I guess it just works for some people and not for others

I'm still using mine, and still very happy. Neck pain considerably reduced, and only really comes back if I end up sleeping in a weird position. Co-sleeping with toddler, so subconsciously I move out of the way when they get too close and then I eventually wake up in a weird position that gives me the headaches.

I actually have both the original and the adjustable one. I think removing one layer from the adjustable made it the same as the original, can't quite remember, I got it ages ago.
