M&S loyalty card... have they stopped doing rewards?

I used to always have several offers on my app at all times, things like 20% off socks, free pack of biscuits etc. I've not had a single offer for months now. Have they stopped doing them or is it just me?!

OP posts:

I have the £7 off when I spend £70 too - I will easily reach it as it's cumulative by stocking up on things like tea bags.

I get regular offers there but usually they are for something I'm not going to buy anyway. Occasionally a free item like a soft drink or bread.

OP I hope you don't mind a separate question on here

On the rare occasion I pop to M&S I used to get a thingy for £5 off a £50 food shop. Never kept them as I'd never spend that amount.

However we now need to put together a gift food hamper for someone and it would be useful but do they still do these? I've bought a sandwich in there twice last month and not got it - used self checkout though. Thanks.

I've added 5 food based offers to my Sparks today.
What annoys me is I have 2 accounts (I live in Italy and have to have a separate International one for that) and on the Italy one I've got 30% off coats. DD needs a coat (uni in England) but I haven't got it on my UK Sparks account.
Why can't they have the same ones!

I had 20% off all clothing and beauty about 6 weeks ago, then 20% off tops, 20% off footwear and 15% off jeans last week, plus a random selection of 50p off various foods.

AtmosAtmos · 04/10/2023 18:36

I’ve got a coffee one and a few pence off salad at the moment that’s it. I think used to be more but I’m shopping there a bit less as finding the fruit as good/bad as main supermarket I use.

shoeawsome · 04/10/2023 19:25

😩 I want a footwear voucher I have my eye on a pair of boots!

spanishviola · 04/10/2023 19:44

I got my shopping for free the other day. Not a massive amount but it was a pleasant surprise.

User174085934 · 05/10/2023 10:12

I just got 15% off clothing and beauty

I haven't seen an offer like that for years and I buy a few things there most weeks and keep up with using my Sparks offers.

They are really poor and I long for the 20% off for family and friends. I currently have money off random food items plus a Laura Ashley fragrance and Authograph perfume % off.

Even their 15% off bras does not thrill me,
or socks. I just want 20% off clothing. Once a year would be good but I’ve never had that.

Sagittariusrising · 05/10/2023 10:33

I had 20% off trousers, tops and knickers the other week. I did use the one for trousers. Also had £5 off a £50 food shop. I currently have one for days out.

I do find they're a bit random and seem to come through when I've just bought something.

Fluffyc1ouds · 05/10/2023 10:51

I had 15% off shoes recently and I've had discounts on kids shoes as well. Mine are usually for the foodhall which I go to more often because it's near the office, but it's rarely very enticing - 50p off a can of drink, 50p off granola, that sort of thing. I've currently got 20% off Laura Ashley fragrance as well.

It's frustrating because if I had other discounts that applied to clothing I'd probably shop! But I always hang on because they have a habit of popping up after I've purchased.

SquirrelFeeder · 05/10/2023 14:55

I was hoping for money off a coat as I desperately need one, so I've been checking daily, but nope! Nothing

I agree, a general 20% off would most likely mean I spend a bit more as I can then buy what I want and also include DH.

They did this regularly in the past and I always used them.

But what I really want is a point system like Boots or Tesco where I can actually use the points to pay with them.

AtmosAtmos · 05/10/2023 18:48

Just got a Laura Ashley fragrance offer but it’s online only - doubt I’ll use it as I have never had them before so no idea if I like the smell.

Floralnomad · 05/10/2023 20:29

I’ve just received a coupon for a free bag of Colin’s / Percy’s and a few other offers .

radiatordrama · 04/01/2024 09:17

I realise this is a zombie, but I have NOTHING in the app right now. Disappointing!

Sartre · 04/01/2024 10:15

Their loyalty card is pretty rubbish tbh. Slim chance you’ll win your shop, I never have. I used to enjoy getting the odd freebie or discount but that doesn’t happen anymore. No reward scheme or money off for sparks card holders like the clubcard or nectar card.

Babla · 04/01/2024 10:51

They usually stop the rewards around Christmas for some reason
